As knowledge and understanding of sustainability develop, the practices and cooperations on this matter continue to increase. The new business models of 21 st century companies have a far different understanding than the classical business model. Today, the companies are not only expected to create financial value for its share holders and for the economy, but also to offer solutions for the problems of the society. In this context, providing social contributions is becominga part of the business for the companies. Çimsa is moving the contributions it made at different regions in the pasttowards a more systematic and more overarching model.
