Adaptation to the Future of Work
As of 2021, we have focused our efforts on Adaptation to the Future of Work at Çimsa. The purpose of the Adaptation to the Future of Work model is to consider the ‘future of our jobs and ways of doing business’, ‘the future of our work environments’ and ‘the future of our workforce’ from a human-oriented perspective, and to take courageous steps for the future.
Remote Working
As part of our Talent and Skills Management activities, we work in four different areas to attract new talents to our company, and then develop and retain them in the company. In line with the adaptation to the future of work, we bring novelties to the "Strategic Workforce Planning", "Training and Development", "Career Development" and "Recruitment and Orientation” processes; define job descriptions, competencies and skill sets for all positions with projects that comply with the latest standards; and we organize trainings for the development of our employees.
Mental & Physical Health
In 2021, we launched the "Cimsa Life" application to support and enhance the physical and mental health of our employees. The "AVITA Psychological Support Line" enabled us to support our employees 24/7 in both their professional and personal lives.

Leaders of the Future
At Çimsa, we continue to carry out various Leader Development programs for the development of leaders working at all levels. We held Çimsa Leaders Cultural Leadership training for our managers during the Common Culture Management Project, which we carried out as part of our Leaders of the Future activities.
Purpose-Oriented Organization and Culture
We initiated our “Common Culture Management” program to get prepared for the future by shaping a common working culture that will support our vision, strategies and capacity to become competitive in the international arena. The purpose of this program is to define the values and principles that will determine the common behavior, business conduct and relationship models specific to the Company and to implement the necessary action plans to make them work for all Çimsa employees. We conduct the program in collaboration with Sabancı University EDU, which is an expert in its field and experienced in Turkey and abroad.
Digital Data Oriented and Agile Organization
In line with our Adaptation to the Future of Work efforts, we have developed the Çimsa Digital roadmap. As part of our digital, data-oriented and agile projects that we carried out during our digitalization journey, our teams were provided trainings and improved their skills in digital areas. Our agile organization transformation journey, which was launched as a pilot project in 2021, is still ongoing.
